Who this service is for

Gather the One is a private service owned and operated by Robin Martherus, intended for use by members of bishoprics, stake presidencies, ward and stake organization presidencies, and ward and stake clerks of the Gilbert Greenfield Stake. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Your calling will be periodically reviewed, and access will be removed when you are released from the calling that qualified you for access. As the service grows, eligibility may be extended to other stakes.

Acceptable use

This service is for finding members who have moved out of your ward or stake so leaders can continue to minister to them, or transfer their records to the proper unit. It is not for personal use — searching for friends, family members, former classmates, or any other person outside your calling is not permitted.

All searches are logged with the requester, timestamp, and member searched, and are visible to the administrator. Misuse will result in access being revoked without notice.

Information returned by this service comes from AI synthesis combined with paid data brokers and is offered on a best-effort basis. Treat results as leads, not as confirmed facts — verify before acting on them. Member information you receive is to be handled with the same care as any membership data, used only for legitimate church purposes, not distributed, shared outside the leaders in your ward or stake, or used for any other purpose.

Cost

Operating this service has real costs — paid data lookups and AI usage. Robin Martherus currently covers these costs personally and offers the service free of charge to authorized users. If usage grows, wards and stakes may be billed for the actual cost of the searches they perform. Authorized users will be notified before any billing begins.
